Needed to simplify the way they did distributions

Producer W.P. Brown Enterprises needed an easier way to complete their distributions each month, as
opposed to completing them in a ledger book for their oil and gas business.
The company purchased the Disbursement Manager so they could easily enter their wells, owners and interests and automatically calculate the distributions each month.
Since using the software about three years ago, distributions take much less time to complete each month.
“I like the fact that distributions are so easy with the software,” said Scott Brown, distribution manager at W.P Brown Enterprises. “Distributions now take a few hours as opposed to it used to take several days to finish. I’ve experimented with several other software packages and SherWare is by far the simplest to use. We only use the features needed to get out our oil and gas distributions, but it seems to be a pretty well rounded program as well, based on all the features that are available.”
