From setting up your check preferences to selecting accounts, rounding preferences, and 1099 minimum amounts, all preferences for the software can be found in one screen under the Edit menu.

3. Have a question about a field? Look no further than our Help File

Each screen and button in the software has an explanation of how to use it and what it means in our detailed Help File, which you can access from within the software by pressing F1.

We’ve made very effort to explain what each field means in the software, how it affects processing, some of our frequently asked questions and topics in our Help File, which we continually update.

4. It's easy to correct mistakes

Whether you forgot to input some of this month’s data, or you mis-typed when entereing data, in our software it is easy to fix mistakes.

If you haven’t mailed checks out to your investors, you have the option of re-opening a closed run and correcting the mistake.

Already sent checks and statements out? Make correcting entries in the software to be processed on your next run easily.

5. Get access to past reports

Unlike other oil and gas accounting programs, you always have access to your past reports in our software. Need to se a report form two months ago? With SherWare, there are never any charges to get those reports, and they can be viewed at any time by selecting them from your report list, even several years later.
