Problem:

Tucker Operating Company processes disbursements for close to 1,000 owners in several companies. The company used Quickbooks for their accounting and needed something that would allow them to stop double-entering data and be easy to train its users on.

Solution:

Since Tucker Operating Company didn’t want to give up using QuickBooks as their accounting system, the Disbursement and JIB Manager Integrated Edition allowed Tucker Operating Company to keep their
QuickBooks program and directly integrate it with SherWare’s distribution software. The software also was easy-to-use, which saved the company from having to take weeks to train their users on a new system.

Result:

“We have saved time and money since we weren’t required to change our entire accounting software,” said Roger Hobbs, controller at Tucker Operating Company. “Short training and understandable layout provided our users to learn quickly. It was more than just adding software, it actually cut our time since the last software was not integrated with QuickBooks.
