Please see the chart below for a comparison of our support options and pricing. Support plans can be upgraded anytime throughout the year by paying the difference in price between the two. All policies are good for one year.
If you would like to purchase, upgrade or renew your support, please click the Purchase/Renew Support button below.
A support plan is required the first year upon purchasing the software. All new clients receive Gold level support for 15% of the software price.
If you do not have a support plan, you can purchase a single inquiry from Support for $75.
Support prices include any optional modules purchased with the software and are a percentage of the current price of that software package.
Both the Basic and Standard packages of the DMIE software percentages are based on the Standard package's current price.
