Technical Support

There are several options available for technical support if you have a current support subscription. Choose from any of the following:

1. Help File

The 1st place to get questions answered is to look in the online Help file by choosing Help, Topics from the menu in the SherWare software. The help file is easy to search which makes finding the answers that you need simple.

2. Online Support

Access online support by entering your username and password in the Support Login section on the left side of this screen. Online support includes frequently asked questions (FAQS), upgrades, patches and other downloads.

3. Support Forums

Ask other SherWare users (SherWare support hangs out here as well) for the information you need.  If you think there's a bug in the SherWare software, this is the place to report it if you don't want to use a support incident.  Online Support Forums -  http://www.sherware.com/forums
