Petrolux was doing its distributions by hand for the family’s oil and gas business. They needed to simplify the way they ran the business and save time.
In 1998 they began using the Disbursement and JIB Manager to enter expenses and income and then distribute funds to the royalty holders, working interests holders, etc.
Doing a distribution only takes a couple days per month now, where it used to be a full time job.
