The AFE Module allows you create an authorization for expenditure to show an investor what the costs are estimated to be for drilling or working over a particular well. The AFE Module allows you to estimate costs for a well, then track the estimate against the actual costs as they occur.

Land Management Module
The Land Management module is a simple lease obligation tracking system for delay rentals and other obligations related to leases. Once the payment obligations are set up, you can easily check to see what payments are coming due, then print a check to pay them.

House Gas Module
The House Gas Module allows you to track and bill gas usage for a homeowner who is using your gas. Owners can be set up to receive a preset amount of free gas that the module will track then bill for any gas used over this allowed MCF.

Direct Deposit Module
The Direct Deposit Module allows you to pay your owners electronically. Instead of creating a disbursement check, the amounts for the owners that are set up with this module will be put into an ACH file. You will then transmit this ACH file to the bank so that the bank can transfer the amounts into the individual's account.

MICR Check Printing Module
The software is capable of printing all of the required information on a blank check. This allows you to purchase blank check stock and create your own checks as they are needed, instead of purchasing costly check stock for each bank account. This option is especially useful for companies who have several smaller companies set up and need to print checks from multiple checking accounts.

Online Reporting Module
This service provides Web site hosting and online access for your royalty and working interest owners. This service will let them view their current and past reports. With your help, we will design a Web site for your company that includes a secure section for your owners to log in using their owner ID and a password that you assign. This will allow them to access their owner distribution statements, check stubs, 1099s and tax information. You will have complete control over what reports each owner is able to access by using the administrator function of the Web site. Your distribution software will upload the owner’s reports to the Web site. It will automatically send an e-mail to the owners to let them know the information is available.

Off-site License
If you’d like the option to use your distribution software at more than one location or office purchase an off-site license to use the software where you’d like.

Off-site Backup
Our offsite backup option will allow you to backup your SherWare data over a fast Internet connection to a secure backup server located in our office. You will also be able to list the stored backups that exist on the server and choose to restore from one of those backup files.
